The spacious great room area with beautiful views of the water from all areas includes a stone fireplace, two sofas and two recliners and ceiling fans. This area opens into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers a large food preparation island and bar stools perfect for enjoying a snack. A dining area with a farm table comfortably seats eight - an additional table for four nearby providing extra space for dining or playing board games. The combined dining areas can easily seat 16 and are great for holidays. The beautiful porch offers seating for outdoor dining or enjoying that early morning cup of coffee on the comfortable outdoor wicker furniture or at dining table. All floors and walls throughout the house are pine. Outdoors, you have 265 feet of private waterfront that wraps around into a cove, a water-side patio, and private boat ramp.
